Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Pcompu LLC (“we”, “us”) operates pcompu.com. This policy explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. It covers this website, its waitlist and its chat only. Our products have their own privacy policies, published on their own websites.
What we collect
- Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist, we collect your work email, company and role, and your answer to “What would you build first?” if you give one.
- Chat conversations. When you use the chat, we save your messages and the assistant’s replies, with the time of each. To limit how many chats one visitor can start in a day, we also store a code derived from your IP address; it changes every day and is erased within two days. If you join the waitlist after chatting, we link your signup to that conversation. Please do not share confidential company information or personal financial details in the chat.
- Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Spam protection. The home page uses Cloudflare Turnstile so the waitlist form and the chat can check that a person, not a bot, is using them. Turnstile runs when the page loads and processes browser and device signals for that check.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and, if you take part, about the product.
- To answer your questions in the chat.
- To understand which tools treasury teams want, so we build the right things first. We read chat conversations to learn what people ask and to improve the assistant’s answers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores waitlist details and chat conversations, runs the spam check and delivers waitlist notifications to our inbox.
- An AI model provider writes the chat’s replies. To answer each message, your messages and the conversation so far are sent to that provider, under terms that do not allow it to use them to train its models.
- Proton provides our email, where those notifications arrive.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details while the waitlist and early access are running, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that, or sooner if you ask. We keep chat conversations for up to 12 months, then delete them. Deleted information can remain in our providers’ backups for up to 30 days before it is gone for good.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your waitlist details or chat conversations at any time (for a chat, include the chat reference shown under the chat, or roughly when you chatted and what you asked) by emailing query@pcompu.com. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and every email we send will let you do so.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Where it is processed
Pcompu LLC is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
